I tend to talk fast, and do stutter at certain words at times. This has improved greatly after having all the metal fillings replaced from my teeth.
It seems the mercury in the metal fillings had been the cause of alot of extra nerve tension and over-stimulus most of my life that I took for granted as being normal.
After my metal fillings removal- and then chelating, I notice I speak slower and more articulately now. No impulsive rapid speaking as much.
Also- I recall talking to a speech therapist who was a stutter (but you wouldnt know it from hearing him) He said that people who stutter tend to use more of a certain part of their brain than other people. When they think of what to say, the thoughts are often in visual picture form , instead of verbal sentence thoughts as the majority of people.
He said if your though patterns are more visual, a tip is to look at the floor then lift your head up when you speak. It triggers something in the brain that cuts down suttering. I tried it- and it worked for me. :-)
