oh no...where did all the Macrobiotic people go? I really need support, I have to make this transition again..but this time I'm hoping it's for good... I'm convinced that this is the only way I'll be able to live a happy, healthy life...I'm not in a good condition right now...and I'm trying to cure myself of all these ailments the natural way. If anyone is out there...let me know!!! I was also wondering where you purchased your Macrobiotic books from...?
