to anyone suffering from peeling lips, i strong recommend you get checked for food allergies /intolerances. for me there is a strong relationship between eating certain foods and breaking out in peeling lips.

in your case, how long does it take for an outbreak, after eating the food.

ive been trying to be on a no-wheat diet, but everytime i think what im eating is gluten free (as i know im atleast intolerant, and most likely allergic to it as well ) it turns out theres some in it.
