Hello Vitamin C People,
I am mega dosing vitamin c (mag ascorbate) (12g a day), I feel better on it and have heard some theory about getting rid of Lyme Disease (vit C + salt in water). If any of you have experience of this is would be great.
My problem is mineral deficiency, do I need to take a multi vitamin as I've heard vitamin C can rob you of them.

This is a reply to # 375,673I started mega dose c 12grams a few weeks ago along with the Sea Salt water the day after I started my energy sky rocketed I am talking thru the roof. well i stopped last week because of all the fuss about synthetic, today I could barely move so I am going back tp it as of an hour ago. we'll see!
