My best guess -- and it's only a
guess -- is that the vitamin C caused a healing crisis of sorts.
Your body was trying to get rid
of some toxins that were bothering
you.
Unless you're very small, your
bowel tolerance is probably more
than 10,000 mg of vitamin C per day.
I weigh 140 lbs, and my bowel tolerance is around 17,000 mg -- IF
I'm completely healthy, which, Thank
God, I usually am. So I keep my daily dosage at 14,000 mg.
Are you ill? Do you have a disease
or condition that you can put a name
to? If so, then your bowel tolerance
is likely to quite a bit more than
10,000 mg. And yes, you'd like to find out what your bowel tolerance is; but not if the mega-doses cause
you to throw up all night.
I wish I could be more help. You might want to buy a copy of Dr.
Levy's book, and read it carefully.
As always, trust your deep intuition.
Blessings,
Owen
