Did anyone of you got outbreak after drinking green tea or red tea? It is so cold that I almost breakdown that I can't drink any single hot drink. A lot of readers advise on not drinking coffee, and the caffine for a cup of coffee is normally 100 while green tea and red tea are both 40. However, people usually drink 2 to 3 cups of tea on one sitting while drinking only 1 cup of coffee, so the caffine is the same. Pls let me know if anyone of you got outbreak after drinking hot tea. If no outbreak for tea, then it is not the caffine triggers outbreak, it is the bean product in the coffee that trigger, for Chinese Herbalist advise no bean product for any skin disease. Chocolate is coco bean, so I am thinking no bean product might be a true observation. For coffee, I usually drink only 1 to 2 oz, and very diluted just for the taste, so I don't get outbreak right away. At most is the next day, I have mild outbreak. If it is not the reader remind me, I don't remember it is the coffee that triggers that. Also, it is funny that I can have
Sugar products without outbreak, I can drink half a cup of MacDonald milkshake or eat 2 or 3 tiny bites of cakes in the all you can eat buffet with no outbreak. As for all sugary products, I have the habit of usually finished partial due to just wanting the sweet taste of it only. So I have no outbreaks even if I ate half of it. My trigger is salad dressing, soy sauce, plum sauce, vinegar or any oriental sauce but how inconvient that I am oriental.
