Hello I was told by my doc that I have chronic Epstien Barr and very high levels at that. I think it causes me a lot of other health problems and I understand that this is part of the herpes group of viruses. Does anyone know if the same protocalls will help me? Also I just got what I think is a cold sore on my lip and my eye is hurting how easy is it to get cold sores? Would a cold sore be kind of numb? My sister looked at it and said that is not what they look like because it was so small and didn't get white or oozy. It has gone away after two days but my eye has irritated blood vessels and it burns. Is there any way to get rid of this and is it worth going to the docs to get tested if it's just a cold sore?
