MoreThis is a reply to # 372,226A Naturpathic Practitioner in Reno suggested me to try Shegoi and Far Infra Red Sauna. Far Infra-Red Sauna was also recommended for treating Herpes by Dr. Sherry Roger's book " Detox or Die ". However, I did not see her specifying HS2 while my Naturpathic Practioner suggested me to try. I think it might be good for face herpes while I have'nt a chance to try out these yet.

I bought a far infrared TheraSauna from the folks in the link. I didn't buy it for herpes specifically, but I haven't had an outbreak in about nine months. Typical cycle was an outbreak every 2 or 3 months. I don't know if there is a direct cause/effect here, but I am not complaining.
