For the past 3 nights I've noticed my legs swell, from the knee's down. Most noticeable at the ankles? I've only ever had my legs swell up once, and it was from horrible medicine I was taking at the time. (Trazodone & Welbutrin)

Only thing different in my routine of things was the MC. That ended almost 2 weeks ago. I know I haven't been drinking nearly enough water, could this be the reason? The first night I was worried sick over it. Tomorrow I'm going to make sure I get plenty of water, but is there anything else I should do? Is this something a Liver Flush would help with? Should I try soaking my feet in warm water and Epsom salt?

Any suggestions?
