it looks as though Sole is experiencing a *comeback* in the minds of many here, lately!~ :-) so it's never a bad time to post the how-to. For someone it'll be just the ripe moment!

I can vouch for the fact that using the Himalayan stones makes for a really aesthetically-pleasing sole. There's something wonderfully rose-quartz-like about taking your spoonful from a jar with big pink crystals sitting in it.
