I saw a naturopathic doctor last week, he told me I have a permanent sinus infection, but it doesn’t have to stay permanent. (So why us the word “permanent”? It scared me!) I suspect I have had it most of my life along with my allergies, because I have been sniffling as long as I can remember and am always congested. I have been doing the cleanses on this site for several months. The
Liver Cleanses have helped my allergies, sniffling, and congestion considerably! Then almost 3 months ago I started an organic raw vegan diet. That helped even more! So remember he told me about my sinus infection after it has been GREATLY reduced! I still feel the allergies, sniffling, and congestion, but very light. I believe as light as it is, it is still interfering with my sleep. I have sleep apnea and trouble getting and staying in deep sleep, thus less oxygen, rejuvenation, etc., causing constant daily fatigue and problems that I have been fighting for 12 years. So of course I want to heal myself completely.
He gave me some herbs and said to increase my garlic intake, but his herbs are outrageously expensive and I can’t afford to take them for more than a month. And I think a sinus infection I have had all my life might take more than a month to cure. But I hope the herbs give it a good kick-start. I only have half the doctor’s herbs so when the other half gets here I will start taking them.
I also learned about Neti, irrigation with saline water. I ordered it and will start using it when it gets here.

I started increasing my garlic along with other foods that are anti-bacterial or that help get rid of the congestion that I am ingesting 3 or 4 times a day. The two things I want to know about my anti-bacterial foods are first is there anything that would be good to add to my list? And do any of these things have a negative reactions being consumed together?
Blended - this is one dose done 3 or 4 times a day:
2 raw garlic cloves
2 tbsp raw onion
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
¼ lemon wedge
1 tbsp coconut oil
10 drops of oregano oil
¼ tsp cayenne powder 250,000 heat units
(and to replenish good flora)
½ tsp probiotics powder (only once in the morning - the bottle says ½ tsp once a day, which I’m doing, but would it be okay to increase it to 2 or 3?)
(and after to help digest it all)
1 digestive enzyme pill
This is already helping me breath easier and be less congested. It’s so strong I have blow my nose after, hee hee. Is there anything else I can do to help my situation?
I have had fatigue for 12 years and I am hoping healing this infection will be what finally gets rid of my fatigue once and for all. I’m thinking it will improve my sleeping, oxygen intake, rejuvenation, etc. I have been working on my health for 12 years and I’m much better off then I was 12 years ago or even 8 years ago or 4 years ago etc. I’m getting better and better but I want to be completely healthy and ENERGETIC!!!!!!!!!!!
