I have been sun gazing for quite some time, and I find it interesting that my ancestors (Mayan, Aztec indians) were very much into worshipping the sun. I almost feel like I was meant to look at the sun in a way not many people can. However, since I am not too sure how to meditate, other than concentrating on my third eye, I want to know if anyone out there has any good techniques for sun mediation. I started sun gazing soon after cleansing my bowels and liver, and I didnt have to build up my gazing time like pro sun gazers all suggest. I realize I should of been cautious and taken it slow, but I find excitement in doing things fast (the nature of my soul). Fortunately, I was able to look at the sun very easily. (An innate ability, so to speak) I can look at the sun for as long as I want now, no problem. Even in the early after noon. (when they recommend we avoid) My sight is great, and although I might see a faint spot in my vision a few mins after I finish, it goes away rather quickly. Dont let my name fool you! I am anything but hopeless now, because of curezone...Just wanted to point that out. Give me techniques, anyone! or books to read on proper sun meditation! Thank you!
