Hi, have you been taking any perscription or over the counter medication while suffering this flu?
It could be a symptom of something in the medication creating a toxic reaction in your body.
I know mercury is used in many over-the counter or perscription medications. Thirmasol is one such chemical where mercury is involved. It is or was also used in some contact lense cleanser products.
I know from personal experience that I can't even tolerate canned tuna fish without feeling slightly dizzy. Especially lobster- and I LOVE lobster! noone else in my family has this problem- only me.
You may want to do a liver cleanse after you are 100% better from the flu-- wait a bit on that as your body may still be healing from the flu germs.
I would suggest getting lots of herbal teas and fluids in you (not soda, coffee, kool-aide, etc.) Withdraw from any type of chemical ingrediants- especially at this time. When you have a cold or flu, you use up alot of fluids in your body and need to replenish them gradually- and continually.
A symptom of not having enough fluids is that you cant' eliminate any toxins in your body as well- so that may be causing the dizzyness.
Do weekly
Colon Cleanse to unplug any toxins and fecal matter. Make sure your'e having at least 2-3 bowel movements a day.
I would also suggest using a probiotic - especially if you were taking anti-biotics to rebuild healthy bacteria in your body.
I'm sure others here will have really good advice to give you- what i gave you are only suggestions and pointers.
