You will need to figure out why you have dysbiosis and get to the root cause, whic is most often diet related, but can include heavy metal poisoning (dental), parasites, and
Antibiotic use. Also prescription drugs can be a huge factor in the cause of dysbiosis.
What you need to do is work back from the problem so you recreate the right internal environment for good bacteria to thrive and bad bugs to leave. In other words do a little gut renovation.
Personally I would start on a superior health giving diet first, one high in enzymes, alkalinity and teaming with nutrition (such as raw live foods) and then solve the root cause so the biological terrain can come back to a balanced state.
A natural way to implant your gut flora through diet (especially if you are very health conscious and do not want to consume dairy, etc) is to utilize raw cultured vegetables such as lacto saurkraut.
