I would recommend Dr. Schulze 's Intestinal Cleanse. It has worked wonders for me. His info can be found on this site or at herbdoc.com. You may want to skip the #1 if you are already going too often, or more than 3 times a day.

This is a reply to # 349,816Schulze's products cured my IBS, you can read my (lengthy...story on my homepage).
Peppermint oil and lobelia would be two herbs specific for spasms.
