I don't know of anyone personally, but just this week learned of a man who has been diagnosed who is attempting to do this. He feels that the disease is caused by mercury toxicity from all the travel vaccinations he has taken.

I would imagine someone with als should be bowel, and Liver Cleansing like wildfire and also doing some chelation (which I know little about) to try to get as much metal out as possible. You can get a lot of info on this site about liver cleansing. He or she should probably start with a series of colonics.
