Hmmm, I wouldn't consider that healthy weight gain -- you might just get really bloated and constipated!
Most people have problems gaining weight because they have trouble absorbing/assimilating nutrients due to a congested colon/liver/gallbladder and permeable gut wall.
So, the best thing to do is embark on some major cleansing to restore proper balance and functioning of your system -- although this may initially cause more weight loss, which is a bummer, in the long run it will allow you to return to a normal weight.
