Highly recommend you follow the basic elimination diet outlined in my book, "If It's Not Food, Don't Eat It!" in order to identify any food allergies/sensitivities you may have.
Besides dairy as you have discovered, other culprits for sinus problems include: wheat, soy, corn, red wine, sugar, oranges, etc.
Before going on supplements to specifically target sinus problems, would be wise to discover what foods you may be eating that are causing/contributing to the problem. Get to the root cause!
Is also imperative that you cleanse your system as outlined on the many pages of this website. Starting with a good colon cleanse.
After you have done both of these, you may be happy to discover that your problems have been completely eliminated - in addition to many others, no doubt! Then you can supplement from there with whole food supplements that will benefit the body in general.
