I had not meditated in a long time. Today I was doing some imagery meditation through the eight gates. I've started on the first and while taking my astral shower, my inner child appeared right in front of me. I had not planned this for this meditation in terms of guiding myself through. MoreThis is a reply to # 346,326It was totally unexpected as it was a guided imagery that I use for the eight gates. It was the image of myself when I was about three or four years old. She was exceedingly happy to me. The experience left me a bit unnverved and I've not done the meditation since then.
