This has happened since he was rewarded millions in his medical malpractice suit on behalf of Terri.

Refuses to release medical information to her parents since 1993, despite a court order requiring him to do so.
Has limited the visitors list, requiring they must first be approved by him and removes visitors at his own discretion. Schiavo removed the Schindlers from the visitors list a total of eight months between 2001 and 2004.
Denies all requests for Terri to attend nursing home functions and refuses to allow therapeutic animals to visit with her, knowing that she is an animal lover.
Instead he takes that money and pays for laywers and gives to Judge campaigns all in an effort to kill Terri's rights and her body.

look folks, are we or are we not going to remain a nation of laws? with all of the attention & high level backing Terri and her family have don't you think that if there were a shred of credible evidence of abuse some law enforcement agency would have at least investigated by now?
i think it's irresponsible to publish this info w/o providing the source.
i'm not saying i like this guy - honestly, i would handled this thing completely different, but to condem him w/o either being in a jury box or knowing him & the details of his situation personnally is irresponsible.

Thank you for posting the text. If those things are true then Michael Schiavo sounds like a dirtbag. But that's a big if. I really am reluctant to believe that stuff though cause it's hosted on a very Christian, very conservative website. The advertisement on that website was for the conservativebookclub. You know the name of one book? It is called "shut up and sing" telling Barbara Streisand to shut up.

I don't care where truth comes from ,
we know in our hearts what is moral and right.
no matter what religion (or non religion ) you come from,
we ALL agree to starve an animal to death is wrong.
can 't we just agree then that to starve a human is wrong also?
we don't even have to agree ! because it is a law.
whoever kills her is guilty of murder.
she is not hooked up on life support,
she can swallow even a bit,
and that would have probably gotten much better by now,
if she had not been denied therapy.
she only uses the feeding tube at mealtimes..
btw so do a great many other hospitalised folks,
do we then forbid them food and water as well?
will we starve all them too?
maybe ..
this will certainly open the door and lay down a future foundation of precedent for it.
I pity those that are future candidates for such activity.
greed over human life... such an awful thing
and becomming more common every day.
