i have the same question!!
i workout alot and i try to eat close to my O blood-type. i also try to stay below 50g of carbs a day....i get most of my protein from meat and eggs and i supplement with egg white protein. once in awhile ill have a protein bar with whey and stuff in it....but i want to stay away from milk derived protein......
where did you get this "liquid beef amino acid product "??
