okay, so my last 2 Amalgams were taken out yesterday.
those horrible fillings broke so many of my teeth. i had
to have some of them crown, a metal bridge replaced. i still have a long dental road ahead of me...but i'm so glad it's all out. just started my vitamines & drinking loads of water..at times i do feel a tad nausous...

MoreThis is a reply to # 33,760It feels really great. I had no idea that those things contracted, swelled and shrunk, either! I was disgusted as well when my dentist was replacing some of my fillings and found cracked teeth. I also had to get one crown because the tooth was severely broken, and I should have another crown as well, but am in no hurry with that one. I don't know what you got to replace the amalgams, but my dentist told me that composites don't contract, shrink, chip teeth, etc....which is such a great thing.

This is a reply to # 33,788hi, no i'll find out what's the name of the composite next time i go to the dentist. it's been 5 days since i'm Amalgam free. i did the whole thing slowly, cause (as you read) i started out with a horrible dentist. who by the way was a huggins referral.
but i found a better one, and closer to my home.
yes, when i just got my teeth cleaned with all the metals in them i got a horrible reaction. it was the worst thing i ever experienced.
i no longer have the metal taste in my mouth. and 10 years of having a cronic hive problem on my skin is getting better slowly. i'm sure more good stuff will come along as far as health goes. i do have so much more dental work to go though, those fillings destroyed my teeth.

Do you know the name of the composite you had put in? The brand. I'm about to have mine removed on September 3rd. Have your health improved etc. I read in a post by you somewhere else that you had gotten worse after having your teeth cleaned. Muscle tremors, anxiety, nausea, muscle spasms, tingling in fingers and face feeling flush. I get these same symptoms about an hour after i've brushed my teeth every single day. And i'm already dealing with a million other symptoms as it is.
Brand.. do you know?

me too I had Acne break up after that and got more symptoms and my teeth deteriorated, got rotten under the amlgams, and needed major work on the teeth. barely saving the teeth from extraction or root canal. one of my teeth broke from the amalgam.
and after changing to metal free non toxic white filling, buy the book
good teeth from birth to death it will teach you how to prevent cavities and how to heal cavities if they are there already
