Do you have a suggestion on what Kombucha Tea to use? They have Kombucha Tea by Yogi Tea Healing Formula at Whole Foods, but I am thinking there must be a better choice. Thanks !!

Gerson talks mostly about regular table salt in his "A Cancer Therapy" book.

In Charlotte Gerson's book she says, "Salt and sodium in all forms, including table salt , Sea Salt , Celery salt, vegetable salt, baking soda, sodium-based baking powders, and ANYTHING with "sodium" in its name, as well as salt substitutes are forbidden." Also skin contact with epson salts should be avoided.

I would be leary of consuming baking soda on a regular basis if I had cancer. There are probably better ways to raise alkalinity.
