Unless someone lives where Mangosteen grows then its hardly worth having unless you can have masses of the juice. I used to buy Aloe Vera juices etc but they're all too expensive and people who think they can cure Cancer with a cap of juice is crazy.

For once I agree with David on the Juicer, but I would advise people to look at the Omega juicers which seem to do everything the higher do but with a small 250$ price tag.

If you have Cancer then juice and eat 20lbs of veg and fruit daily. The standard amount of vegetables a day for preventative health is 1lb per 50lbs of body weight and this is minimum.
