The truth is I have no proof, besides my aliments, that I have mercury poisoning from my fillings. Still, I somehow have a gut feeling that this is the cause or at least been a major contributor to my declining health. I was wondering what type of test would be most accurate to have done to prove my theory: Hair analysis, Urine, or Saliva?
