Just incase you do not know this just because you have your Amalgams replaced with white composites if you do not tell the dentist you want composites without metal its very likey they are putting fillings that are composites with metal in them right back into your mouth.
Blest of luck and if anyone lives in california and wants my dentist name and number I will be mroe then happy to supply you with it.
The nurse told me she cant beleive Doctors charge more for this process. She says it is not more money for someone off the street whoms fillings are worn or someone with mercury poisioning to have this procedure done. The price is the same and also she said the difference is they put all non metal fillings in my mouth most people dont care.
The total for my fillings was 2,391 for 14 fillings.

Hey do you remeber when we where talking about alternatives instead of tampons. I finally tried something else this month I bought them at Longs. I remembered you said Longs had the ones you used but I am not sure if they are the same things. I am using something called INSTEAD.

This is a reply to # 33,234my dentist is very resonable.... I guess he knows that Im a student..and sick.... but the total will be $1200.00 for 12 fillings... and thats canadian dollars! Im having my third quad done tomorrow..... I cant wait to get all that metal out!!!!

I am glad another dentist isnt ripping anyone off. It sounds like yours is even cheaper then mine. Of course I dont know how much the conversion makes your cost compared to us dollars.
I hope your dentist is using a rubber dam,oxygen mask, goggles on your eyes and a cape over your body.

This is a reply to # 33,236well he doesnt use a cape over my whole body.... just any exposed skin... but he follows all the other things.... I really went for it today...and asked him to just finish it up! I am now mercury free.... and getting ready to get the "metal free" product.... i am also going to do Dr. Shulzes Bowel Cleanse again...and add in a homeopathic mercury detox... clay baths.... and lots of corriander cilantro (yum!)

I feel pretty good. Just been tired but I started my period this week so?
A couple of my back bottom molors are alittle sensitive when eating things that are not soft. I was told this will go away.

When I was at the dentist today I felt the tooth after it was drilled with my toungue...(not an Amalgam removal...but a regular cavity....) anyways..it felt sooo weird with the big hole...
So.. If you didnt get anything in to replace it... would it be a problem..or is it kinda just like having new teeth again...? What about the nerves and stuff?
Honestly, I dont know much about it... but I will love to listen to anything you know.....

This is a reply to # 33,255How bizarre. I was just looking on the net to see what composite fillings were made from. I am having a bit of trouble at the moment as per usual with my immune system and I have had some NAET testing and allergy elimination done. What is coming up at the moment as my biggest allergy threat is platinum and apoxy resins. I had apoxy resin when I had braces on 7 years ago and have only one composite filling that was done 4 years ago. But what I was interested in was the non-metal filling I have in, whether it has a platinum alloy in it.
So, does anyone know what metals they are using for supposedly non-metal fillings? I have tried looking on the net without any luck.

If you lose the number just let me know I dont mind posting it again for you.
The process was simple didnt take to long the one day I was in there 1 1/2 hrs but for the most part in and out in 1-1/2 hrs.
I got anxiety one day. Not dentist fault but my own.
He used the rubber dam,oxygen,goggles,cover.
I am really glad its all over. I do have some sensitvity in the back on the bottom but heard by other this will go away.

I just read the above message and will tell you how toavoid the dentist when you
have senstive teeth. the secret was given to me in the mid 60s in South La. by a Dentis friend of mine.
When you have sensitve teeth, take a table spoon of Milk Of Magneium at bed time for at least three nights. Thje reason for the senstitivey is your ssystem is hot of whack and too acid. the MoM will do the trick, Try it and i have been doing saome for some almost fifty yearrs and still have all of my teet. Very few dental bills. I know this works.
