well, this could mean a couple of things as i have found.

In my opinion, it means that you two are not in a full on relationship yet, but spending more time with eachother, and being romantic etc. however, it is still possible for you, or him to find someone else at this point.

On the other hand, as my boyfriend believes, it means that you two are offically an item, and should only be romantic with eachother. Basically, meaning you two are a couple.

I'm not totally sure which he means as it could be either, my advice is to ask him. it may be akward but it is best to know what he is thinking. having two people in a relationship of any kind on two different wave lengths is never good! Just tell him u didnt totally understand what he meant when he said that, he will understand and explain to you what he wants.

Sorry if this has been a bit vague, but it is impossible to say what he means by "seeing eachother" as there is more than one definition for different people.
