I have a friend that I've been interested in for a long time, but we've been friends for about three years. I told her a year ago how I felt, however, she said she wasn't ready since she had just ended another relationship. Nothing has been said since then.
The other day she was coming home from the gym and wanted me to help her with something. She told me to come on in since she was going to be in the shower. I let her know that I wasn't going to be over for about an hour, and that I'd give her a call before I came over. When I called later, I got the same answer, "I'll be in the shower so just come on in, the door will be unlocked."
When I arrived, I rang the doorbell first before going in. When there was no answer, I let myself in. She yelled from the bathroom saying hi, and asking how things were. Well I walked by the bathroom and the door was wide open. There she was behind one of those clear plastic shower curtains. I wanted to just stand there, but my perverted side lost the battle.
After she got out of the shower she came into the room in her towel and we just sort of talked. Then she told me not to walk by the bathroom because she was going to put on some lotion. Of course telling someone not to do something makes them even want to do it more. Once again, I didn’t though. We continued to talk about whether or not a woman should shave and things along that line.
I guess I’m just wondering if this is something that can be called a normal occurrence? As long as I’ve known her she has never done anything like this before. Maybe she didn’t expect me to walk by, but at the same time why did she wait to take the shower until later? I think too much about nonessential garbage. Just wanted to see if anyone else had an unbiased opinion.
