I am 75 and just finished the gallbladder flush= apple juice the first day-the Epsom Salt and 1/2 cup olive oil and 1/2 cup of lemon juice. I went right to bed and I became very ill although I did not vomit. I finally got up and had a peice of toast and veggie juice. So far I have just had diarrhea. What did I do Wrong or Should I not do this at my age.
