This is a reply to # 327,120Moreless I have been reading your forum for weeks, i only eat alkalizing foods nuts, avocados, brown rice, and follow some of the regimen, I was 5.8 when i started I am still kind of low 6.8 but i am better, but i still have bad eczema, I think it is and what makes more sence is leaky gut that comes from medication, and bad foods...
