Hi Shelley!
I wondered if you know of a good affordable digestive enzyme supplement. When also is the best time to take them? I have read on an empty stomach first thing in the morning and I read with meals. I am so bloated, major stinky gas and the darn brain fog. I am doing alot of enemas/colon cleansing, so why am I still bloated and feel so tired all the time? Is kefir good to drink instead of a probiotic supplement? Thanks for answering my questions!
