I's sure Shelley will provide more info, but the two easiest ways are 1) Exercise and 2) Meditation. Both of these will release natural endorphins and make you feel great. Any kind of exercise will do as long as it's vigorous or involves lifting weights. With meditation, you will want to achieve the "Relaxation Response" or get into the alpha or theta brain waves. I have found the easiest way to do this is to buy a tape or CD that you listen to during meditation. I've attached the links of my favorites. I like the Centerpointe CDs best, but they are really expensive. Any of the others will work. Centerpointe is more of a "program" to improve the quality of your brainwaves.
