I did my 10 day no choc,
Sugar fast with 5 days juice fast. Since then I screwed up on one day with loads of chocolate. (3 days ago). Now Im back on track but I still feel very tired, like my body is still cleansing. Im eating Basm rice and mung beans, fresh fruit juice mid morning, almond butter burrito for lunch, carrot spinach juice with cream for snack, and rice and beans for dinner. Can this be making me still cleanse since I had so much "junk" for a couple months?
