I was wondering if you new the cause for this and the way of fixing it....
Basically when I don't eat for a while (say 3-4 hours) I start getting a bit of stomach pain, and I feel hungry. Then when I eat a get really bloated. Moments later I have to pass gas, and my abdomen feels really uncomfortable.
I thought it was due to some undigested food - starting to GET digested finally, and causing gas. Then when I eat it more or less adds to the chaos pushing the gas a bit further down to be released in a short time period.
