hi shelley...i am thinking of going on a fst...can i take your cleansing drink and coloson at the same time? if so..when should i be taking thesee drinks and how many times a day..and is it okay if i just drink these two drinks and drink warm water? thank you.- Re: coloson and cleeansing drink shelleycat

If your energy gets really low at any point, drink a second or third cleansing drink, and consider making a pot of Bieler Broth or Potassium Broth, as this will ensure a really good alkaline fast. :)
