hi shelley just wondering if you know anything about the connection between the hypothalamus nerve and light sensitivity. by light sensitivity i mean that i have to keep my blinds and curtains shut from sunlight and bright lighting especially fluorescent really bothers me. i have no pain but if i am in a bright light i am extremely nervous and anxious. i do go outside and i dont like the light outside, although light coming inside from the outside upsets me the most. any natural advice or remedies would much appreciated. thank you.
