Hi, Shelley :)
I finished a Clarkia cleanse, then did a LF, but althought I got a huge ammount of stones last time, this time got just a few...
Would a Clarkia prevent the stones from getting out, OR since I got the critters out I will stop producing so many stones?
Also, your opinion on using Myrrh, please...

MoreThis is a reply to # 325,168It could be you simply have fewer stones! which is to be expected. :) As you clean up your diet and include good oils as versus bad fats, you will produce much less stones.
Myrrh is a lot like aloe vera, but I don't recommend it as readily as aloe because of its affect on menstruation. I don't like recommending herbs that have a lot of estrogenic action.- Re: Thank you, Shelley... :) n/m #23743 20 y 1,590

If myrrh has estrogenic action, how would it affect me if I'm menopausal: will it throw everything off, or is it OK to use since I don't have to worry about regular cycles?
Also, what do you know about it, as far as uses for cleansing, etc ?

This is a reply to # 325,262It's an emmenagogue, which means it is used to promote menstruation! so I wouldn't use it if menopausal.
