It takes time, but I have heard of people curing large pores and even cystic Acne scars by eating plenty of vegetables and juicing vegetables, plus getting enough essential fatty acids and Vitamin A, E, C and zinc. If just left alone it won't change, once enlarged pores tend to stay enlarged. Astringents help somewhat - aloe vera, witch hazel, are good astringents.
