I noticed in an earlier post you said to avoid vegetable glycerin. I've just started taking gota kola in liquid form (thought it might be easier to digest), and it's made with veg glycerin. Do you think dried would be better? Only take 1 ml a day. It's good stuff BTW, definitely helping with concentration so thanks for recommending it!!

What's wrong with vegetable glycerin? I use it sometimes
to cook with (oat bran muffins is one example). It does
have an aftertaste and isn't this used to make saop?
In small amounts it's okay, and it's used to make supplements all the time which is not a worry. But to eat large amounts for medicinal purposes like to control yeast is not recommended. We're really not supposed to be eating tons of vegetable fats.
