That's not a crazy question at all. :) oxygen-based cleansers are good for people whether they suffer from diarrhea or constipation, at least at the outset, because it's a good idea to introduce more oxygen into the bowels. Diarrhea may be caused by anaerobic bacteria, and oxygen kills them, allowing tissues to heal faster.
After one bottle of this type of cleanser then it's best to switch to fiber supplementation. Be sure to choose one without laxatives, and start introducing probiotics, and perhaps a super-green supplement that has chlorella, as this helps acidophilus multiply faster - it's more oxygen but in a safer, more nutritious form of chlorphyll.
