I cheated this weekend and started the diet again on Monday, well the antifungals don't seem to be working!! I have had severe night sweats like mad. "Any way what does this mean?" it is and has been symptom of mine for some years... I feel really bad because I did not do my best and this is not the first time I have fallen off the routine, I had stopped taking the A.F. in order for the Candida not to mutate. well I am so sick both mentally and well physically! I am angry with myself for not working to my best. now I am afraid that I may have to find another type of germ fighting suppliment to help bring this "yeasties" under control. what can I do ?
