Thanks again Shelley! I had asked you some posts back about
Renew Life Colon Cleanse and you mentioned that your favorite
was Triphala. I had some of that on hand and took one the first
night and two lastnight and it was most effective and much
gentler, without cramping than the Renew Life Products. It
