Hi Shelly, hope you are well! I was about to send off for some enzyme, from the nutricentre cos altough there has been some improvement in digestion there is still a lot of undigested food and I think it is fundamental for me to sort this out. I was trying to do it other then by taking any more supplements as I am already taking alot at the moment. However I read something the other day about ther effects undigested food has on the immune system and endometriosis and I thought, no I should get these enzyme. The thing is I also read on an other forum somewhere that you shouldn't take enzyme if you have any problem with gut inflammation, or stomach lineing, I think it said. I just wanted to cheak this with you. I think I am likley to have, leaky gut and I have the bowel adhesions and I know there is alot of inflammation from endo. What do you think? Thanks Moonie.
