i only recently found about possible flouride's bad effects on our health, i brush my teeth with fluoride toothpaste and afterwards my tongue becomes coated... i tought it was just because toothpaste was white and sticky so it kind of glued itself on the tongue, bu now i am thinking maybe i am alergic to fluoride?

i have a problem with receding gums and don't know how fluoride effects on my gums, good or bad?
