Gallstones 10 years ago.

> My stones were dark green and shiny, some the size of a lentil, others the size of a chickpea. There were many of them - at least 35-40 - which surprised me at the time. Since then I've learned that people can have hundreds of stones.

> Here are some disgusting but pertinent details, so please bear with me: With my clense, the stones were imbedded in the stool. I could see the stones, because my stool was light yellow-green and mossy (from eating green apples, I imagine) and the stones were dark green, solid and shiny. I hear that
Gallstones can be a variety of colors, though. They weren't hard, but they were very dense.

I am of a similar age and also had ultra sound which revealed multpile small stones. I have been wondering about this flush for a long time but still not sure if I should do it. I think maybe a 21 day detox prior to the flush would help me a lot so would be grateful if you could give details of it, including any herbs etc you used.
Many thanks
