The cholocol works differently (it's got bovine bile). I took it with me on vacation in May and I was glad I did. However, I'm hoping with the Liver Flushing I won't need this kind of supplementation any more. I think it's an excellent product, though! It's supposed to help clear out stuff from the small intestine, too.

Hey Rod,
Im butting in because I tried a few brands. I found Solaray to be good but pricey. I also tried tablets and did not get any results with those. So now I get Planetary capsules and think they work great. I take 5 with dinner.
