I think it's a vitamin/mineral supplement? My husbands aunt uses this and swears by it. Can't remember what she said, since I am not in contact with her anymore. I tried some once, years ago. I have candida, so I unfortunately have sooo many issues. :-)

I don't think it is candida symptoms. Right now my biggest problem is the dizziness and vertigo that hit with lots of other old symptoms creeping in. My legs have been aching, one leg is weak, feeling really shakey, sciatica pain and fatigue. I know it has to do with the "amazing" Liver Flush I had Thurs nite. I have been symptom free for quite awhile and really doing great after my 3rd Liver-Flush 2 months ago. I'm hoping it will clear on its own. I didn't think the pycnogenol would help with dizziness stuff. I'm just thinking since I have so many ms type symptoms, past and present that building the blood brain barrier would be a good thing to do. I'm just finishing up my 12 a day primal defense which was a big expense so I wanted to give this a try. I'm headed to Reno to see my family in 3 weeks and I just pray I can get over this spell and I'm throwing whatever I can at it.

By the way, I had an MRI of the brain and spine 2 years ago and both are still normal. After 14 years of symptoms I still don't have a diagnosis of anything except hyper reflex in both legs. They don't know whats wrong so they decided "anxiety". I no longer go the conventional route!!!
