It's partially a caffeine dependency, which will take at least a week to resolve if you quit cold turkey; and it's partially a systemic issue involving glands like the adrenals.
As you cleanse, be sure to offer your body a lot of minerals and electrolytes. These are essential for keeping the body strong enough to cleanse and to feed it what it really needs to feel balanced, strong, craving-free.
I highly recommend that you make a veggie soup very soon out of organic veggies. Use the Morrocan Chicken Soup recipe but minimize the chicken and max out the veggies - zucchini, string beans, kale, this will feed the adrenals.
Be sure to use a good grade B maple syrup or molasses in the cleansing drinks, that will help to mineralize too.
Consider getting a solution of trace minerals to make your drinking water more like real ocean water.
