they all have much different actions on the digestive system and different combos and proportions of nutrients. Combining all three in your diet is an excellent way of making sure you get enough oils without over-burdening either the lymphs or liver or the power of your digestion. :) I wouldn't necesarily take them all at the same TIME, but it probably wouldn't hurt anything?
Cod liver oil just needs to be about a teaspoon daily. Flax about a tablespoon and not necessarily every day. Coconut oil theapuetically has been dosed at about 3 1/2 tablespoons.
