Hi Shelley!
Man, I miss having mounds of gooey lasagna and warm, soft italian bread smothered in liquified garlic butter!
In my quest to satisfy my cravings, I have taken to brown rice pasta and bread made from kamut, spelt, flax seeds,
Sea Salt and oats topped with almond butter.
Is this okay, or should I just visualize in my mind, a piping hot three cheese blend melted on lasagna with spicy ground beef, as I'm picking chunks of cold broccoli outta my teeth?
